It allows agency and enterprise users to quickly see how many pitch reports they have created and how much of their pitch allowance remains before they hit their limit. It serves as a simple, read-only dashboard for account limits, ensuring users aren't surprised when they are unable to create a new pitch report. ## What's on the page **Pitch Usage Details Card** This is the primary section of the page, visualizing how much of the organization's pitch quota has been consumed. * **Progress bar:** A 0-100% fill bar representing used pitches out of the total quota. The color shifts from indigo to purple to orange as usage climbs closer to the limit (specifically, turning purple at 33% usage and orange at 66% usage). * **Used / Left counts:** Plain text numbers below the progress bar indicating how many pitches have been created (e.g., "3 used") and how many are remaining (e.g., "7 left"). * **Unlimited state:** If the organization's plan has no pitch limits, the progress bar is hidden. Instead, it displays the word "Unlimited", the total number of pitches created (e.g., "12 pitches created"), and a "No limits" badge. **About Pitch Reports Card** A static informational card that reminds users of the constraints within a single pitch report. It lists: * • Analyze up to 10 competitors per pitch * • Include up to 10 custom prompts ## What you can do here This page is strictly a read-only summary of account limits. There are no actions, filters, or navigation controls directly on this page. ## Data shown * **Pitch Quota:** Driven by the organization's active subscription plan. Because a user's organization might have the Pitch Workspace entitlement attached to a different website than the one they are currently viewing, Athena checks the entire organization's websites to find the correct quota limits. * **Pitch Usage:** The total number of pitch reports the organization has created. * **Feature Access:** The page verifies that the organization actually has the Pitch Workspace add-on before loading the data. ## Common workflows **1. Check remaining pitch quota** 1. A user with Pitch Workspace access navigates to the Pitch Workspace section from the sidebar. 2. They click into the Usage tab. 3. The page loads their organization's pitch entitlement and current count. 4. The user views the progress bar and the "left" count to determine if they need to upgrade their plan or delete old pitches before creating a new one. ## Empty, loading, and error states * **Empty (Unlimited but unused):** If an organization has an unlimited plan but hasn't created any pitches yet, the card displays "0 pitches created" beneath the "Unlimited" header. * **Loading:** While the system checks the organization's feature access and counts the pitches, skeleton placeholders appear where the text labels and progress bar normally sit. * **Error (Quota fetch failed):** If the system encounters an issue looking up the subscription limits, it displays the text: "Couldn't verify pitch quota: please refresh." * **Error (No access):** If the organization does not have the Pitch Workspace feature on their plan, but somehow navigates directly to the component, it displays: "Pitch workspace access is not available for your organization." ## Linked from / links to * **Linked from:** The Pitch Workspace navigation (specifically the dropdown in the sidebar) for organizations that have Pitch Workspace access. * **Links to:** Nowhere. This page contains no outbound links or buttons. ## Common support questions **Why does my usage show a different number than the pitches I see in my list?** Usage calculations are organization-wide. If your subscription quota specifies you have used a certain number of pitches, that number is authoritative based on your billing cycle. If the billing system is temporarily unreachable, the page falls back to counting the raw number of pitches in your organization's list. **Can I increase the "10 competitors" or "10 custom prompts" limit mentioned on the right side?** No, those limits (shown in the "About Pitch Reports" card) are static system limits for how much data a single pitch report can process. They cannot be increased, regardless of your plan. **Why am I seeing a lock screen instead of the usage page?** The entire Pitch Workspace section is gated. If your organization's subscription does not include the Pitch Workspace add-on (usually an Agency feature), navigating here will intercept you with a lock screen prompting an upgrade, rather than showing the usage page.
